World Kabaddi Cup 2006 and kho kho for PSP

2K Sports announced today that National League Cy Young Award winner, Tim Lincecum of the San Francisco Giants, will be featured as the cover athlete and spokesman for next year’s highly anticipated baseball video game, Major League Baseball 2K9. Lincecum led Major League Baseball with 265 strikeouts during the 2008 season and set a new team record in the process. iResQ starts repairing services for Sony PSP

The authorized repair service for Apple, iResQ, has announced today that they will begin offering repair services for the Sony PSP 1000 and 2000 models and support for the 3000. They offer repairs to: joysticks, LCD screens, high capacity batteries, UMD lasers and 24 hour diagnostic services. Since they already have 24 hour repair and upgrades for most Apple products, they beleived that they PSP would be a great addition th their service line. PSP is beaten by DSi in Japan Hardware Sales

Thanks to a new hardware revision, the PSP has been doing amazingly well in Japan over the past several weeks. In the first few days of its release, the PSP 3000 sold approximately 147,000 units to Japanese fans, making it the top gaming device in the country by a wide margin. New firmware update

Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) released a new Media Manager for the PSP System today. Designed to accommodate the expanding functionality of PlayStation Portable (PSP), the Media Manager grants access to the PlayStation Store through the PC, easing the process of browsing, purchasing, and downloading of games, movies and television shows.
